    I don't know much about him but I'm guessing his pitching is streaky. He's got a really high ERA...

    Tavares is an average at best relief pitcher. He was rather dominant early in his career. He has a bad temper and at times can be a distraction. But, on the positive side, he throws hard and "can"/"could" be a valuable commodity in the pen too!
