this is true. As I have mentioned in other Brewers' threads several times, it is way too early to panic. I have confidence the Brewers will be contending by year's end. I am just to optimistic not to be.

Frustration is right that's a big part of it. Losing Yovani Gallardo is another huge part. We're hurtin and it shows. Less than a month ago we were playing .600 baseball now it's less than .500....

Paul Bako did hurt us if I do remember right though so we know that feeling just not the 6 other homers...3 back to back to back yes.

It is discouraging right now, but I would rather have the Brewers struggle right now with time left in the season to regroup than collapse in the second half like last year.

a win is 1 win and a loss is 1 loss no matter where u are in the season. If u lose early it will hurt you later on, if u lose later on it hurts you later one

however you look at it. It is still a long season ahead. they will rebound. it may cost Yost his job, but the owner will right the ship one way or another. remember the Marlins in '03 or '04 when they won the W.S. They fired their manager in mid-May and were 10 games under .500. All they did was rally around Jack McKeon and win it all.

Re: Kicked Themselves Right In The A$$

sooooo you're saying we should fire ned yost the one who brought us into this posision of flirting with playoffs as apposed to 4 years ago, when we were flirting with 100 losses. I think ur using it as an example and i hope so to, but i still stand by what i say about ned yost KEEPING his job.

he gets out managed a lot. but either way it is up to the players to perform.

Re: Kicked Themselves Right In The A$$

true, I have seen Yost get outmanaged alott of times before by people such as Larussa Pinella and Bud Black. but still, if u have brought a team from nearly 100 losses to nearly playoffs in about 4 years, you must be doing something right. I still think Yost is a good manager dispite that constant arrogant grin on his face in the dugout when we are getting our asses kicked. KICK SOME DIRT THROW UR CAP YOST! show some emotion and passion, it might get the fans...dare i say...EXCITED!

now that I agree with you on. Yost gets thrown out of games, but he doesnt do anything to attention getting to rile the team or fans.
