Brewers Brewers need to be more patient at the plate...

The Brewers allow the opponents pitchers too many short innings and cant get to their bullpens. The Brewers are last in the NL in walks. Need to get more runners on base. Cant live by the 3-HR every night. But I must admit, they have done a pretty good job at manufactoring runs, especially since Braun and Fielder are off to slow starts.

It is a little bit better. Looper has thrown 66 pitches through 4 innings. He does have 1 intentional BB.

Only reason I don't like having JJ before the pitcher but oh well.

And then the Brewers go out and allow Looper to throw just 10 pitches in the 5th,

I agree with u guys on this one, you cant just swing at the first pitch and just let the pticher get in a groove and throw 10 pitches an inning! you gotta make him work for EVERY out...by the way i saw a picture of kapler today...that guy has some serious muscles!

well, at least the Brewers are consistent. They allowed Wainright to throw just 9 pitches for the 2nd consective inning. Cards 3-0 in the bottom of 3rd.

dude, have you ever HAD a bruised shoulder? I have. you can barely move it for a couple of days. certainly not good enough to swing a bat.
