The Brewers are Jeff Weaver are close to agreeing to a contract. When the paperwork is signed, Weaver will be assigned to AAA-Nashville to get into playing shape and pitch down there. Maybe they will convert him into a closer? hhhmmm..... Something to think about...

Yeha, he will probably be pulled around the 100 pitch count today. He has thrown 69 pitches through 4 innings, so 2-3 innings is all he will have left.
