To make room for Yovanni Gallardo, the Brewers optioned utility man Joe Dillion down to AAA-Nashville.

The Brewers are going to skip Ben Sheets start on Wednesday. He is still listed day-to-day. I think this is a very smart move. It is only April, and there is just way too much time left in the season to risk it.

Brewers traded Gabe Gross today to the Tampa Bay Rays. And the received pitcher Josh Butler and sent him to A-Brevard County.


Tony Gywnn, Jr will be activated to fill the roster spot.

Mike Cameron will play 5 games in AAA-Nashville and return April 29th against the Chicago Cubs.
