Time to put Vargas in the pen and give Parra a shot at being the #5 starter in the rotation. Vargas is getting roughed up for the third time in his last four starts. Again, he has never really impressed all that much anyways.

He will rebound, every pitcher gets shelled every now and then. I still say move Vargas to the pen and let Parra start.

Come on Vargas, lets rebound, refocus, and rejuvinate yourself and pitch a game on Sunday against the 'Stros. Lets come home on a positive note and carry some positive momentum and confidence into next week and the rest of the regular season!!

So far, so good for Vargas. I just hope he continues this for the resat of today's game and the season. He could be the odd man out in the rotation when Sheets returns.

It is time to get Vargas out Yost. He is loosing it. The Astros have tied the Brewers 2-2 in the 6th.

Cubs lead 3-2 in the 4th and the Cardinals lead 10-2 in the 6th.


Come on Brewers, we need to get a win today, both of the teams that trail you are winning so far.


Find a way to win, dont be satisfied with a series win. Go home this week with a winning state of mind, or on a positive note, whatever it takes. Time to let ot all hang out til winter!!
