Damian Miller left in the 6th inning with a strained calf. That hurts us a bit. If he goes on the DL, look for Michael Rivera to be called up. I guess they could use Victor Rottino also as the backup if needed. Stay tuned.

He is listed day-to-day. Yeah, more Gross and Mench! Even though both are swinging rather hot bats right now, so on the positive side, this could be a blessing in disguise? Who knows? We shall see.

He will be given a couple of days off to rest his shoulder. He has inflamation in his surgically repaired left shoulder. He passes all the strength tests, he is just perplexed by the whole thing.
