The Brewers may be ready to put Bill Hall at 3rd. He took some infield there on Saturday.. It is because Weeks is out a few days because of stiffness in his wrist still!!! Hopefully they will move him there the rest of the year. The article stated that Hall will just be used as an extra infielder, cause they are short one as of right now. Put Gwynn in CF, and leave Hall at 3rd!!!!


I was CALLING for this in the off-season, up til spring training!!!


If the Brewers are unwilling to bring up Braun, then I TOTALLY support this MOVE!!!


Graffanino and Counsell can move into the UTILITY man role like they should be and not the platoon 3rdbasemen!!

I read something in the sports page the other day about this situation. The guy said leave Bill Hall where he is, bring Gwynn in when needed and start thinking about bringing Braun up from AAA to play 3rd...They don't see Hall as a good 3rd baseman compared to Braun apparently....

Brewers may just need to trade a little bit of this talent away to make room for a crowded, but talented, line-up!

I totally forgot about Bill Hall throughout this thread. Assuming Hall has played 3b in the past, why didn't they just put him at 3b and have Laynce Nix, who is a more talented hitter than Counsell and Graffanino can ever dream of, at CF in the first place?

well I have one word for you INJURY!

He started the year on the DL and he is in Nashville now!!! He will proabably stay down there most, if not all of the year. Needs to prove that he can stay healthy!
