Ha what really got me yesterday was the fact that Coco's contract is up at the end of this year...NOT COOL...The announcers actually said Turnbow could go back to closer...GOD I HOPE NOT....I want Coco as long as we can have him...

That would be nice if the Brewers could keep Cordero. Definitely think Turnbow's not the answer for that role!!! He seems to loose confidence, as he seems to be doing right now in this current stretch he is in..

He fell apart one night but came back the next outing. I like him in that spot...For Cordero closer just fits him like a glove for our team.

as much as i hate to admit it, I firmly believe that Capellan will help Turnbow in the late innings. If Capellan can keep his head on straight, Turnbow and Jose will be a nice fit in front of Cordero.

Yost does it again to Bush. He pitches very good for six innings and then allows him to fall apart. And to top it off, he does not have anyone in the bullpen ready until it is too late. Now the Cubs have erupted for 5 runs in the 7th. Once again, stats are misleading and the manager has a brain cramp!!! I understand allowing Bush to start an inning especially with a low pitch count, but no one warming in the pen is poor managing.

    I agree with that Turnbow/Capellan deal..Sounds good.

As for the Bush thing, I thought of you right away last night when it happened...I don't know why Yost feels it necessary to keep him in till the 7th...

thanks for thinking of me, I appreciate that!! Like I have mentioned in the past, I understand allowing Bush to start innings late in the game, but at least have someone in the bullpen stretching, soft tossing, something before it is too late!!!

Yep even if Bush walks the first batter, get someone up there.

Yost is at it again tonight!!!

He gets an AWESOME start tonight by Gallano (6IP, 1ER) then he goes into the 7th and gave up 2ER and a HR in one inning!! After throwing 93 pitches through 6 innings he sends him back out there. He needs to learn a lesson or 6 from Bobby Cox, who he worked for prior to being the Brewers manager. The lesson is have a sense when you need to get your bullpen up and get the pitcher that is struggling out of the game quickly!

It's alright, we battled just fine...Coco scared me though...I wonder if his arm is messed up...That ERA is very misleading.
