Counsell at 3rd tonight, 2-5 through the 11th inning, now batting .244
He looked good last night. Lots of credit to him.

tony i s0-3 tonight, he is batting right now in the 9th, and leads off with a single, now 1-4. He is now hitting .205. Craig Counsell just got a pinch-hit single to lift his .avg to .262.
Doesn't look like they have anything to lose by calling up Braun, does it? Graffanino is a "nice veteran presence" but not a great hitter at this point and doesn't bring too much to the table offensively.
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

I think they should bring up Braun, but there really isn't any room for him. Unless they packeage Graffanino or Counsell in a trade with Capellan or something like that. I like Counsell and Graf, but we don't need both of them. They are both utility men IMO. Graf has doubles power, as he displayed that last year when the Brewers picked him up to play second with Weeks injury.
Maybe 2nd is the place for him instead of 3rd...Hmm..They both helped last night so it's all good for now.

Tony played 3rd today, went 2-4 and is now batting .233!! If Tony and Craig could each hit .250+ in the 8 hole, I can live that this year. That would allow Ryan Braun to focus on his defense and improve in that area. Brewers come out ahead in the long run!!
