    now that's a garbage call as it's essentially the same thing as a ground rule double...should be 2nd and 3rd...but alas it's 2 - 2

    as long as the White Sox eventually beat the Angels I'll be happy...I wouldn't mind another game on Tuesday; something for me to do besides work.

    no its not a ground rule double. If a fan interferes with the action, a runner is elgible to go to where the umpire thinks that the runner would end up. It was clear that the runner was going to score before any play could be made.

    Then why didn't they give Figgins 3rd? He could have made that easily as well. I didn't say it was the same thing, but "essentially" was the key word...they didn't seem to award him home until after Scioscia came out, which is why it was garbage IMO
