As you know, Barry Bonds returned earlier this week and was greeted very nicely. Why are people so happy to see the steroid supicious LF back on the Field? ATH to Wilton.

Well, quite frankly I don't know. This guy has admitted to organized cheating, I mean, sure he give his team a better chance to win, so did Palmerio in Baltimore, they still boo'd the hell out of him. Quite frankly, I don't understand it, no Alou or not, this guy is not that special without the cream or the clear.

this season the giants haven't really had much to really cheer about...18th in the league in pitching, .264 team batting average, which has left them 3rd to last in home runs. only 1 splash hit this year, compared to 6 last year. Not to mention they are 13 under .500 6.0 games out of first.

barry puts butts in the seats. i bet the managment just begged and pleaded with him just to come back.

everytime barry comes up you see a billion flashbulbs go off.

everytime i turn into ESPN news to check the reds game scores, theres "barry 0-for-1 in first AB"

the guy is the sanfran giants.

Look at the name on the front and back of the jersey and you see why he was greeted nicely by the HOME fans. Bonds is San Francisco offense, team, and the whole freaking franchise as proven by the lackluster year they have had (the only saving grace is that they are in the NL Least i mean West and no one wants to win that division) and he single handed reshapes that whole lineup.

People havent forgotten about the allegations, but you havent seen Barry go on the road yet. Im sure there will be plenty of people with something to say then about it.

He still has one of the best eyes in the game but the question will always be asked "Did he or someone else use Barry's bum as a pin cushion?"
