Circular logic aside, Mr Mims, you have yet to provide a single credible reason why you are, in fact, hot.
And last, but most seasoned..Slyder!

First topic of the night, suggested by Browntown..
With the likes of Cano, Swisher, Jeff Francoeur, Kyle Davies, Ryan Langerhans, David Wright, Ryan Howard, Huston Street, Blanton...Who will win AL and NL rookie of year? Around the Horn to ATLien.
"Players can't get better over time." -GiantsFanatic
David Wright and Huston Street aren't rookies anymore, I think.
I give my non-existant vote to Jeff Francoeur and Nick Swisher, because both have been big RBI producers for their team. Willy Taveras is a worthy canidate, also, but he hasn't been the RBI machine that Francoeur has been. I also think you have to take into account Oakland's 2nd half surge and their team success.
+++ Stats, man...we need some stats.
Slyder, it's show time.

National League is a given that its going to be Francouer. He came up from AA and went to Bobby Cox and asked to bat 4th after Chipper got hurt. Hes cooled but still hitting .349 and 10 HRs is impressive enough to get my vote.
AL I havent really followed as much but an Oakland A's should get it, but they may each cost each other some votes. I'll go with Nick Swisher, with the tie breaker being hes got some WV ties. Hes hit 17 HRs this year, the .246 ba could be better but Moneyball relys on OBP and .329 isnt bad.
