Wow, Joey Bats' throw to home was off-line enough to nail the runner.

Indeed it was. Was Castillo not called for interference because the throw was off-line?

So after doing some research, if Colombia wins and the US wins today, the US will need to play the DR in a tiebreaker game. However, if Colombia wins and the US wins today, the US will advance. On one hand, I don't want the US to have to play the tiebreaker game but damn, that would be such an amazing game against the DR if that had to happen.

We're headed to the 11th inning. This should be interesting to watch with the WBC extra inning rules.

This is a lot like the USA in the World Cup. Having to root for outside help to get out of group play.

Was that the same Ryan Dempster that I see on MLB Network that didn't even make it out of the first inning tonight against the US?

Looks like the Dodgers are going to be in trouble if they're going to rely on Vidal Nuno and Sergio Romo. These guys suck.

Tony Pena getting heated in this game verse Puerto Rico. Mofo, you gonna try to attend any of these games in San Diego? No clue if you live close to SD but I know you are in CA so just curious if you're going to make it to any.

I have no plans to attend. I can get to Dodger Stadium on a short train ride, but San Diego is over a hundred miles away.

When are we all going to agree that David Robertson is just not good?
