Oh good, Giants lost. Now the Dodgers get to lose, too.

The Toronto Blue Jays. We score plenty of runs or we score none.

i realize girardi is downright petrified to put arod on the field... but its not like the guy wasnt a decent fielder years back. you can put him in at 3rd on a one off, especially since against the lefty, youre benching ellsbury and mccann as well. not to mention, youre leaving greg bird in to get brutalized against the lefty. chris young batting 4th, greg bird 5th and jr murphy 6th... sweet way to try to take the series opener.

The Yankees season ended after the trade deadline where Brian Cashman did nothing for the millionth time. Maybe if they miss the playoffs for the 3rd straight year, they'll wise up and fire both Cashman, and Clueless Joe.

we're not gonna miss the playoffs. theres not enough good teams in the al. but after severino wins the wild card game, we'll get swept in the 1st round by toronto anyway.

if headley plays over arod at 3rd base tomorrow night, joe girardi needs to be taken out by a sniper rifle. defense be damned, arod and his 5 range, .940 fielding % ootp ratings, needs to be at 3rd, because hes considerably the better hitter. or at the very least, headley at 3rd, arod at 1st.

1st round? I wish I was a Yankees fan and be this optimistic about my team.

why, do you expect the yankees to totally fold and miss the playoffs? its not that we're playing awful ball, its that toronto is playing the best ball in the sport, that they overtook us.
