    2014 MLB Draft

anybody else bored enough to watch. at least until the spurs/heat start. i gotta admit, it would be much better if there was trading of draft picks. the yankees not having a 1st rounder is kind of a deterrent for me. last year i played a basic drinking game for the mlb draft... based on the announced name, and position, you have to guess whether hes white, black, spanish or asian. i know the top 5 guys in the draft and TOUKI TOUSSAINT who is now my guy... but after those 5 guys come off the board, i may partake in that game again this year.

my favorite part of the predraft show... they compared the alleged number 1 pick, brady aiken, to jeremy affeldt and randy wolf. if thats not a red flag...

I'll watch because it beats letting my kids decide what to watch right now. Still a stupidly tedious television event because Selig is terrible.

Can we has a MLB draft combine lol

an mlb draft combine would be such an awesome idea. random lefty who runs a 4.26 goes from a 100th round pick to a late 1st rounder because some team thinks they can teach him to slap at the ball like ichiro.

although things im reading on him, say hes consistently 91-94, tops out at 98, with the best curveball in the draft, and a changeup he throws consistently 83-86.

What the draft really needs is fans in the audience booing the ever loving shit out of Selig every time he walks on stage

this draft needs an enema. preferably one that washes away bud selig altogether. could there be a more painfully boring person on the planet.

so the cubs just stretched on a guy mlb.com has ranked #16. allegedly hes the 3rd highest ranked catcher in the draft. and he just got compared to "jason kubel, with more power".

twins draft dee gordons brother/tom gordons son!

i had no idea that dee gordon was toms son. if mofo was still around, im sure hed have taught me that sooner. in a racially motivated rant, probably, but he still wouldve learned me something.
