Jose Canseco to manage independent league team - ESPN

Canseco has been right about steroids but I have never witnessed any baseball intellect on his part or at least nothing to suggest he could be a manager or even a head coach of a high school team. This looks like nothing but a PR stunt but it should make for a funny one.
