A question about Fangraphs' value statistics

Why are positional adjustments different for infielders who play the same position? For example, Adrian Gonzalez's positional adjustment for being a first baseman is -12.1 whereas Joey Votto's is -11.0. I don't understand, is first base defense at Great American Ball Park more valuable than that of Petco Park?

Wow! Fangraphs has stats that don't make sense or has a huge flaw. That's a new one!
