BS Awards: NL Most Valuable Player

For the final award thread, the NL's MVP. So, at the start of September, I think we had a clear cut winner. And then September happened. Things got a little more cloudy, and a lot more interesting. But the end of September happened, and we might be back at square one. Are you still in Votto's camp? Did a Rockie sway you? Perhaps you're a Pujols loyalist. Or maybe you simply like the underdog.

    You decide.

I'll go with Carlos Gonzales for the award, but any of these guys would be very worthy. He and Tulo might split the vote in the Rockies' territory.

So Collin Cowherd, tell me how Joey Votto's ass tastes. You bashed him during the ASB saying he didnt deserve to be in.

when you have two candidates on one team it's hard to argue that either was the most valuable player in the league to his team

I think Pujols was the best and most valuable player. But I'll take Votto, because he wasn't that much worse, and his team made the playoffs.

The problem I have with Tulo is that he got in one month, I can't give a guy an MVP based on one month of being, in other words where the hell was he during first 5 months?!

I have to go with Votto.

He was productive every month except for the time he had missed due to injury. He just..went..crazy for half a month, made things fun for a few weeks. Crushed mofo's soul a few times. All in the name of fun.

    Domo Arigoto Its Joey Votto.

Just look at the Rockies road/home splits and youll see why neither would be in my top 3.

Re: BS Awards: NL Most Valuable Player

Is there such a thing as Canadian-Italian ? Would Votto be playing for Canada or Italy in the WBC ? I know Piazza claimed Italy during the WBC or Olympics or something, which was comical since he also said he'd never even been to Italy...... what a doucheballoon
