    Leake definitely needs to be on that list. He didn't even make a single minor league start and was dominant for quite a while. Plus, he's a hit machine.

    Leake perhaps is one of the most truly amazing stories of the year, given how he began his professional career, but the NL is full of really good rookie starters and I think he barely misses the cut.

    I like Leake but he did fizzle because it was his first pro season. He just misses the list.
