as for the subject at hand I dont have a problem with this guy suing, I was just going off on a tangent because you sais i'd be partially at fault if i told someone my dog bites and he got bit due to his own actions while containing that knowledge of the potential consequences.

MLB should pay for his hospital bills and not a penny more. This is absurd. You pay for a box seat, you know the risk. Hell, I think it even says it on your ticket. Guy is looking for a handout and I say get your bills paid for and go on with your life.
