    This is a natural move. The average minor league player is not a member of the MLBPA, so the union can't do anything about it.

    This accomplishes nothing. HGH isn't cheap and minor leaguers can't afford it. Besides, it has to be combined with steroids for a desired effect on performance, and even then it might just be the steroids that are doing the work.
