MLB Court Rules MLB Wrong in Seizing Drug Test Results

A court ruled that MLB was wrong in seizing the list from the 2003. Here is a story:
Court: Investigators wrong to seize MLB drug list :: CHICAGO SUN-TIMES :: Nation
I have to agree with the court. I think the entire list should be made public so that all the players on it may be dealt with at once. Having one or 2 names come out at a time only prolongs the problem. Lets deal with steriods once and for all and put this episode behind us.

The Players Union should burn the list so none of the other players have to endure what Ortiz and others went through

And cover up the fact that people used substances that were banned? Yeah that's a great idea. There are people on there by mistake, but some aren't.

They were not banned by MLB at the time, they were banned starting in 2004.

    It needs to be released.
