Dodgers Is Joe Torre the best manager in the NL West?

Considering "The Mad Scientist" Bob Melvin got fired, Clint Hurdle indirectly asking for his own dismissal (via benching Brad Hawpe against Eric Milton no less), Bud Black insisting on Brian Giles as a leadoff hitter, I think King Bochy just might have some competition in Joe Torre.

Brad Hawpe was out with a strained groin.

Yes, without a doubt in one's mind Torre is the best of the West. Bochy ranks dead last behind all those other men mentioned.
