Fun night in MLB tonight.

1) mariners team no hit the dodgers
2) diamondbacks walk off 3-run homer in the ninth 9-8
3) Jason heyward steals 3rd and goes home in the bottom of the tenth for a walk off error
4) reds beat the tigers with a walk off suicide squeeze in the 10th
5) twins tie it with a morneau triple in the 9th and win it with a willingham walk off single in the 10th
6) Yankees hit 4 Hrs on Johan's first start since his no-no

The Diamondbacks comeback was crazy after Pennington's play with 1 out in the 9th. Roberts getting shaving cream AND the water bucket was a nice touch, too.

It's not crazy when you use a guy at closer that has no business being a closer (2 losses and 2 blown saves in his last 4 games). He should only be facing lefties.

Sad thing is Oakland has been decent in the pitching area in recent history, they just never could get their bats going... They finally have a steak where their bats are hot and their pitching lets them down.

Agreed! I wonder how many days in ML history have had 4 different games walk off in 4 different ways!

I believe last weekend, or the weekend before, the Pirates won on a walk off HBP against the Cubs. .....and the cubs thought Marmol had issues...
