The Padres have been to more World Series in the past two decades than the Dodgers.

    True story.

I hope he never gets in due to his bankrupt company stealing taxpayer money. What a scumbag. At least that incident probably ruined his political career around here.

Of course, if you don't win the World Series you obviously suck.

    Perfectionist viewpoints rule.
If you don't win the League Championship Series you obviously suck, too. Perfectionist viewpoints rule.

If the Dodgers were to make it to the World Series and then lose, would Giants fans still apply the perfectionist viewpoint despite before the 2010 World Series they claimed they were the more successful franchise during the past two decades after having been there in 1989 and 2002 even though they lost?

    Don't answer that. It's a rhetorical question.

I wouldn't answer it anyway because it's unrelated to anything I have said in this thread.

Hall of Fame should be reserved for the elite and outstanding. If everyone got in, it would be like the hollywood walk of stars, where they just give it out to anyone these days.
