ESPN 2 is showing a matchup of last year's World Series which speaks for itself. David Wells and Chris Carpenter are the listed starters.

I wish Carpenter was healthy enough last year to get a shot to pitch in the WS.

    I will say Boston 4 Stl 3

    Boston wins the series too.

Wells v. Carpenter should be good. He rolled last time he was on our GotW and Carpenter is a NH product, so I have some love for the guy (perhaps the only major athlete to ever come out of Trinity HS in Manchester (my school). We do have a few college b-ball players, but still).

I hope the Cards sweep just so we can start up a little rivalry.

Your Cards are looking more and more like the favorites for winning the World Series. No surprises there.

I'm certainly cheering for the Cardinals tonight. Probably will be paying more attention to the Florida game though.

I don't think this game is going to be played based on radar trends. St. Louis is getting crushed with flooding/thunderstorms.

I was watching Florida-Seattle anyway, they welcomed the people looking for STL-BOS like 3 times.

Well, it's the Bottom of the 1st, 0-0 with Eckstein leading off the bottom with a lineout to Bellhorn.
