I'd prefer Carrie Underwood were playing for them. She's a true Southerner with class... oh, and, she's really pretty.

Homer: We're proud of you, boy.

Bart: Thanks, Dad. But part of this D-minus belongs to God.

I'm a Bo person myself, although if I had to choose on AI to play for my team, give me Ozzie Smith's son, Nikko Smith (who was booted before his time).

Then out of fairness to the others you will be Slagathor.

Taguchi bloops a hit to center.

11 pitch AB and then a single for Taguchi. Cards' hitters are so "smart". They just do stuff like that all of the time.

Yeah, I liked Bo too and wouldn't have minded had he won, but I just "liked" Carrie. Nikko was OK, but got annoying for me. I actually think Nadia went too soon. I liked her.

<3 Jerry and Don (although I like Sean more)

Jerry: If Bengie, Yadier, and Jose had a race, who would win?

This after laughing about the slow footspeed of Bengie.

    Carp grounds out.

    Wells/Carpenter even in pitches thrown(38) through 3 IP. 0-0 after 3.

I still think Ozzie's kid had one of the best overall performances in the competition. Nadia was exciting, I just don't think her voice was strong enough.

Oh, and can I stangle the voting public for keeping Anthony in there that long. GAG!

What did you folks thought about the beanballs between the Sox and Cards last night? It should have ended after Vartiek got hit. Both teams did not distinguish themselves well last night.

LOL... he seemed like a nice guy, but he was kind of a Justin Timberlake wanna-be, lol.

Why the heck is Millar hitting 4th?! Dumb. Nixon or Varitek should be 4th over him.

He was a poor man's Clay Aiken

    As for last night

Mantei throwing at the Cardinal player on purpose (one of the two was on purpose) was not cool with me, and it got too far. Not being an NL guy, attempting a suicide squeeze up by 5 just seemed like salt in the wound, but oh well.

I think Francona didn't want to disrupt other rhythm with Manny out, so when Millar took his place, he just threw him in cleanup. Dumb, but oh well.

Wow, considering that was a fly out, it was hit hard.
