Underrated- Biggio. Seems to do well with consistency and under pressure. Never really hear much about him nowadays.

    Overrated- Jeff Weaver.

the fact that he hasn't come through in the clutch for the yankees as people(especially the media)in the playoffs, and everyone is giving a-rod the bad rep and Jeter is getting a free pass, exception to last postseason he hit over 300, but in the past 03 and 04 ALCS he has hit just 200, in the 01 WS he hit 148, i never hear anyone give jeter the blame, but they will always point fingers at a-rod

and plus on si.com even his peers voted him as being overated

also if Jeter was a true captian of the Yankees and everyone says he is, he would move to 3b and move to a-rod to SS, because everyone knows A-rod is a better SS

Jeter's damn good...but still overated simply because he's a yank.

On that token, has anyone seen the All star voting thus far? Vlad Gurerro is the only non Yank or Red Sox player that's leading in the votes.

    sickening.

They should do away with online voting and leave it at the ballots at the park.
