I don't mind domes, really, but I prefer outdoor baseball.

I do perfer it outside, but Seattle, with all that rain is one place that deserves a dome. I don't think they'd be able to play all their home games, without the majority of them being double headers.
Retractable is the way to go, I'm not a big fan of full enclosure.
GET NOTICED.

I voted no. The only sports that should be played indoors is basketball and anything that involves playing it on ice.
Cleveland Indians : 0-5, 5th AL Central
Pittsburgh Pirates Record: 3-2. 1st NL Central
The game is meant to be played outside, but obviously sometimes that's not possible in some cities. So I agree that the retractable roofs are a good idea. But man do they cost $$$!
I think if at all possible the game should be played outside, but in some northern cities really need another option because of the weather in the beginning & the end of the seasons. These cities should have retracted roofs.
Baseball is meant to be played outdoors. If Atlanta had a retractable I wouldn't be able to see the Atlanta skyline from the top of the stadium like I do when I sit up top. It's a great view.
