Free Agent Jay Gibbons' 15-day drug suspension has been overturned.

Gibbons suspension was eliminated as part of baseball's new agreement on drug testing.

Jose Guillen's 15-day suspension for being linked to HGH has been eliminated.

Guillen's pass comes as a result of the baseball players and owners agreeing on stricter drug testing. The new arrangement will increase the frequency of testing and give more authority to an independent administrator of the tests. As a result, Bud Selig has agreed not to discipline any of the players mentioned in the Mitchell Report.
Way to flip flop on this one not that it affects Gibbons much. Glad to see better testing but get a ****ing backbone.
