Please name a World Series that has been more boring than this one.
Let's see how many we can come up with; the list ain't long.

Chi Sox vs. Astros in 2005 was forgettable.
To be honest, I haven't really paid attention to a World Series except for this one simply because I have been burnt out on baseball by the time the WS comes around (I coach baseball in the summer). I have a feeling I am not going to want to talk about baseball for a while.
All World Series from 2004-2007
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.
Ah, give me something clever to say here.
The 2000 WS was pretty boring, unless you lived in New York. This one has a representative that has never been there. Todd Helton is finally getting a chance to play in the post-season and the Rockies have a chance to show that they are not just the "Blake St. Bombers" now. Unfortunately, the Red Sox seem to be a better team and have run over the Rockies.

Pretty much any sweep is pretty boring unless you're a fan of one of the teams.
Especially if the games aren't even that close.

I actually enjoyed the last 3 games in this series. The 2-1 game was a very nice pitching duel. And these last two games, the Rockies made it close in the closing innings at home. I was entertained big time.
Congrats BoSox!
Now we can move on to free agency. Wayne Krivsky better have many agents on speed dile.
Hey unless I missed something I was thinking Jonathan Papelbon or Jacoby Ellsbury was going to win MPV.
Sidenote
IYO if the Rockies won, who do you think would have won MPV? Matsui for me.
I fell asleep before the named the MVP. WHo was it?
Ellsbury or Pedoria would be my choice?
It was Lowell.
thanks DK!
As not only a huge fan of the Red Sox but also of the game of baseball, I think games 2 and 4 were pretty exciting and even part of game 3 before the Red Sox broke it open.
"They asked me if I wanted the ball in Game 6, and I said yes. I'll always say yes. That's what I did with Jack McKeon. I told him, 'Let me see how I feel tomorrow.' I went out, did a long toss, came in and said, 'I'll pitch, I want it, I want to do it.' And it ended up working out." -Josh Beckett
