That Buerhle and Dye are headed to the Mets for prospects.. Yikes, that is an awful lot of talent going to NY, if this is true. Living in the Chicago area, I see that Kenny Williams is not afraid to trade anyone at anytime!!!


And I saw on Yahoo! Sports as well the Mets have expressed interest in Carlos Zambrano also. I can see that happening before the Sox-mets trade rumor happens.

Kenny Williams is no idiot. 5 years ago I wouldn't be saying that but he has shown that he is becoming one of the better GM's. Well maybe this season is a bust. Other teams are interested in Buerhle. By the way, this goes in the other forum.

he got rid of some players that turned out right as mccarthy hasnt done much and garcia has been hurt. He hasnt gotten much in return, thats part of the problem. His bullpen moves have all backfired, though the cotts/aardsma was a wash (i said back then it was crap for crap).

the white sox problem is they are old.
