    I would think their family would sue the heck out of Josh Hancock.

    I know I would.

    It's not the restaurant's fault Hancock chose to get behind the wheel, no matter how many laws are written. It's not the only law on the books that doesn't make sense.

    Someone mentioned on another forum that the restaurant offered Hancock a cab. Didn't provide a link, though. Anybody know if this is true?

    Yes, the early reports in St. Louis the next day said he was offered a cab by Hancock's server. He declined and got in his rental car. As someone who does have two DUI's, there is no one to blame but yourself. I couldn't even serve at my own bar because of my DUI's. This case will never see the courtroom. But you really can't blame Hancock's father for trying. This is America!
