Congratulations for the Yankees for sure. But there is another idea out there. True/False, Clemens will be yet another long list of injured pitchers for the Yankees this year.

Imagine what this rotation would l ook like without injuries.

I am missing some guys too. But they would be pretty stacked. Not to mention how good their lineup is.

This team should becompeting for the greatest record in baseball history. If I were to ever root for the Yankees, it would be for them to become the greatest team ever. With Clemens, it would still be near impossible to compete with the '27 Yankees rotation. But they could still beat the record. And I already think the Yanks of the last few years have the best lineup of all time on paper.

I cannot believe the Yankees are this dumb to outbid themselves so badly. This guy is not going to save this team especially this bullpen since he is only a six inning pitcher. I predict he goes 6-8 with a 4.56 ERA and the Yankees still miss the playoffs.
