Forgot comeback player of the year. Edited my post.

I agree with a record around that for the Nationals btw. I'll be nice and say 54-108, but it's not going to be pretty.

I think Perlozzo is the Orioles manager...that's a moot point though because they're the Orioles.

Didn't realize Rolen wasn't half bad last year, going .296-22-95. Edited NL Comeback.

    Slyder's Fearless Predictions.

    B]AL East[/B]
Yankees- Until someone proves they can beat them then I am going to continually pick them.
Blue Jays- Finished 2nd last year in the division, not Boston. Repeat performance.
Red Sox- Schill needs to go on a diet and fast if the Red Sox have any hopes.
Orioles- The top 3 are just too strong.
Devil Rays- Are they ever going to crack the top 3 of the division?

    AL Central
Tigers- Youth hurt them at the end fo the year but now they have experienced it and add Sheff, not bad.
Indians- This is the year that the pieces start to fall right.
Twins- I think they slip a bit this year.
Royals- Throwing money at a problem still makes them the Royals

    AL West
A's- Billy ball is good for the marathon but gets blown away in the sprint of playoffs.
Angels- Can they get anyone to give Vlad some help and will the rotation hold up?
Marineers-Dark horse of the division if they find a consistant rotation.
    Rangers

    NL East
Mets- Finally unseated the Braves who are still in a semi rebuilding year.
Phillies- Still underacheiving but better than in the past.
Braves- Too many ? on a young team.
Marlins- Young team could finish anywhere in the division... except last.
Nationals- I hope Bowden's updated his resume, I expect him gone by the all star break.

    NL Central
Cardinals- Until someone shows they can beat them this is a given for me on a yearly prediction basis.
Reds- The defense will be much improved and I think the back of the rotation could surprise some... given Milton is no where close to it.
Brewers- Make it interesting early, but fade late.
Cubs- Defense and their #2-#5 are no ones that scare no one. They will score runs, but it doesnt matter cause their pitching staff will give up more.
Pirates- Can someone who cares please buy them?

    NL West
Padres- Building now more for their park I expect some noise out of them.
Dodgers- Lost J. DL'd. Drew brought Jason Schmidt to help the rotation, arguably one of the top rotations in the NL.
    D'backs- Brandon Webb rebounds.
Giants- Zito can only pitch once every five days and cant play the field as the AARP comes to claim their members.
    Rockies- A team in transition.
HollywoodLeo: You and Kingdom always annoy me
"Oh, don't mind me, I'm rebuilding now" then you win at least 80 games

    RIP S3SL Minnesota Twins.

    RIP HSL Anaheim Angels
