A dentist to the rich and famous has filed a $7 million lawsuit against the estate of late New York Yankees pitcher Cory Lidle, claiming his home was destroyed when the ballplayer's small airplane crashed into his apartment building.

Anything to get an easy payout. I can't stand these type of people.

    What a jackass.
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

I understand Cory died but he did fly a plane into a building. As long as he was flying the plane it was his fault. This was a tragedy that was all on Cory.

What was the cause of the crash? Was that ever released?

The investigation failed to produce any results - they can't determine who was flying.

He's a "dentist for the stars" I imagine he can afford insurance.

If he's a dentist for the likes of Donald Trump,I sure he could have afforded insurance on his apartment.

And since there is no proof Lidle was flying (that's an assumption made by the media) the lawsuit is therefore bogus and should be thrown out.
