That's pretty cool. Good for Rickey. As long as you are able and want to play, more power to you.

Please go away Rickey. Get your ticket to the Hall and be quiet for a change. If teams didn't want you last year, why would they want you now?

I'm with reefer on this one. Rickey's 15 minutes of fame are so over. He's yesterday's news. Go away already.

Yeah. Gotta know when you time is up. Rickey's time is up. No need to have Rice stay either. He needs to go. And Emmitt Smith in Arizona?

Circular logic aside, Mr Mims, you have yet to provide a single credible reason why you are, in fact, hot.

I am glad Rickey wants to still play the game, but with that said, I hope he does not get his hopes up that some major league team will call for his service.

Although it seems Rickey has lost all of Rickey's batspeed, Rickey still thinks Rickey can contribute to a major league club, perhaps as a pinch runner, or even later as a hitting coach. Rickey would be happy with such an arrangement.

He's not the ageless man, Julio Franco is.

You can make a good case that Terry Mullholland is also the ageless man. He has been pitching since I followed baseball. I love watching hm and I am glad he is on my team.
