So much for getting a nice contract through free agency.

Question is when did they find out about this? Is it like the Palmeiro situation when they knew he failed the test but let him get to 3000 anyway? If they knew about it before the playoffs then in no way should he have been allowed to play. Another blackeye for baseball.

If you want to talk about blackeyes for baseball, look no further than left field in San Francisco, there's a dude named Bonds* who is the biggest blackeye for the game! Mota is just a blip on the radar.

So a guy getting busted is a black eye for the game, and a guy not getting busted is a black eye for the game.

We dont have a positive STEROID test but they do have some leaked Grand Jury Testimony? Just FYI.

Blah, blah blah why must we go down this road? Bonds has not tested positive and hasn't been effective in two years. A guy getting to play in the playoffs for a possible title shot after testing positive is bullshit! Oh yeah, no one has confirmed the leaked testimony, just FYI.

Could really care less about the whole Bonds thing. It was supposed to be a gentle ribbing. I still remain on the fence on that subject.
