Well let me tell you this I wouldnt have picked either team to sweep the other one, probably would have said the Cardinals in 6.

Its okay everyone wrote the Cardinals off heading into the Mets series and it looks like people will be writing them off in the the world series. Im not saying they will win it all but it will not be a cake walk for the Tigers.

Cards in 6. Just got a strange feeling. We will see. I bet FOX is hoping for at least a 6 game series, since the last 2 have been sweeps. You know, they want that revunue.

MVP: PUJOLS (He is due to get hot)

The last 2 world series have been sweeps, so I'm picking a sweep and I don't have to change it because you disagree. It could very well happen, Tigers are much better.

The Simpson family gathers around, as Homer places Bart's passed test on the fridge.)

Homer: We're proud of you, boy.

Bart: Thanks, Dad. But part of this D-minus belongs to God.

It will be interesting series. Tigers have better starting pitching, but Todd Jones in the pressure 9th innings just seem intimidating still to me, IMO. I believe that the Cards have just enough to win this darn series! As I mentioned before, just hoping for a good competitive series.

Someone needs to get hot to protect Fat Albert that is for sure. Suppan, continuing where he left off from the good 2nd half right into the playoffs.

I think the Tigers will win it at home probably in 6 games.

    Tigers in 6.

Cardinals pitching right now is tired. Detroit had a long time to prepare and get ready.

Tigers in 5. Their pitching is too much to overcome.

    MVP: Sean Casey.
