    Why do you dislike that particular top four(again) in MLB team?

    It would seem the Mets would be the large market team that would annoy you more.

    Cards got swept in '04 and I really think they had a better team that year. Their pitching isn't that good this year.

    regardless, I think the AL team will win the WS. The Cards and Mets don't have the pitching depth to beat Detroit or Oakland.

    I agree Prov. This said, I will not predict winners, as when I do, it is the kiss of death for those teams. All of my Division Series predictions were wrong, which is why I never place monetary bets on sporting events.

    I don't do good with predictions, however I want the Tigers and Cards to advance to the WS and I want the Tigers to win it all.

    That's as far as I'll go for now. I am expecting (or at least hoping) both series will be tough fought battles. I planned to either write an article or do a podcast about the upcoming series, but I just didn't have the time or energy.
