After his performance last season I gotta go with Schilling. He is masterful at his craft.

Santana is clearly the best there and therefore I would want him to start game 7 for me.

Schilling seems to be the obvious choice. Santana was freakin' lights out for 2/3 of the season last year and the best pitcher in baseball (and he didn't get the run support that Curt gets). Santana hasn't had the opportunity yet for a game 7, but if he does, I've got a lot of confidence in him.

Plus, I'm a homer. I've gotta take Johan.

Really, there's only three choices. Santana if you want the best pitcher, Schilling if you want the storied post-season performer, and Johnson if you want some of both. It reminds me a bit of the Gagne-Rivera debate without the medium choice.

    Give me Derrek Lowe.

No, really, I'd take Schilling, because he's going to pitch lightsout, without a doubt.

I'd take either Santana or Schilling but I voted for Johnson to fulfill my dutiues as a biased Yankee fan. Thank you very much.

RJ because I am a Yankee fan. would also vote for Jeter in any category that involves SS.

Honorable mention to Schilling for guts and determination.

My reasoning for RJ is also his dominance including all the CY Young years as of late in the NL prior to 2005. Anyone else on that list throw a perfect game last year?

Schilling if i wanted a pitcher to get me the win in the big game.

Santana has been very impressive though.
