Hard to argue with either Vlad, Beltran or Ichiro.

One guy that isn't up there but is a good hitter and fielder is Eric Chavez 3B for Oakland Atheltics. Very good athlete, and one of the best 3Bs in the game.

can't go wrong with a guy who's gotten 4 gold gloves in a row (Chavvy)...given 3 of them to his mother and one to 3rd base/infield coach Ron Washington

If I could change the poll (or knew how), I would.

As for the poll, I really like Jim Edmonds. Gold Glove OF who makes multiple spectacular plays a year and likely the best hitting CF in baseball. Although, considering Bonds domination on offense, even his current D might not bring it down.

I'll take Beltran's glove and bat. Some of the HR robbing catches he had last year were amazing.

Bat + fielding is easily Jim Edmonds. Probably the best defensive centerfielder in the game today and he's easily the best hitter of all centerfielders right now.

    Jim Edmonds.

Although, Alex Rodriguez at SS would be my #1 choice.

Scott Rolen, not a question in my mind.
