Johan Santana is 9-7, but should easily by 13-7. He's got the 5th best ERA in the league(2.85), and the 7th most K's. Talk about your bullpen killing you.

I know I am gonna get some grief here for this, but how about Roy Halladay for your example.

7 complete games with 182 IP (both leading the AL pack), an ERA of 2.72 that sits him in 3rd for the AL, 155 SO (2nd in AL), all make him look like a lock for the Cy Young right? 13 wins sits him near the top to boot.

But a 9 spot in the L column is kinda a sore spot. Think about the performances that he has had only to see them wasted on a poor performance from those behind him. He's had 5 L's were he has pitched 7 or more inning's.
