Dodgers say that Odalis Perez and a negative influence in the clubhouse. So you will most likely seem him be traded for another starter.

Kyle Lohse of the Twins would be nice. I expect the Orioles to ask about Perez, so maybe they would send over Ponson and Bigbie hopefully. Because Ponson sucks!!!

Maybe a Perez for Redman swap. The Phillies have been contacting alot of teams for pitchers so maybe the Dodgers could send Odalis Perez, Edwin Jackson, Hee-Seop Choi, and Antonio Perez over for Billy Wagner, Jim Thome and Jason Michaels. Maybe a straight O. Perez for Wagner.

I would love to shed some big contracts, but we don't need Choi with Ryan Howard being groomed as the Phillies first baseman of the future.

The problem with that is Perez has a similar contract to Sidney Ponson. The Marlins would have made LA take Mike Lowell to even out the salaries, just like they tried to with the Orioles.
