Denver Police investigate Padilla

Vicente Padilla Involved In "Incident" Last Night in Denver - True Blue LA

Denver Police are investigating allegations against Los Angeles Dodgers Pitcher Vicente Padilla. Officers were called to the Ritz Carlton Hotel in downtown Denver early Saturday morning.

Police will only say they were called to 1881 Curtis St. at 3:51 a.m. Saturday in regards to allegations against Padilla. Officers will not confirm what those allegations are or who made them.

Police hope to have more details as they continue their investigation. A news conference is planned for 4 p.m. Saturday for a briefing on those allegations.

The Associated Press reported that Padilla was not arrested.

I'm curious if he shot himself again, although it doesn't appear so. Maybe he got caught with a whore, like Denny Neagle did.

As a sidenote, if this concerned an NFL player this is the kind of story that J Five, Boltman, SuperCharger, Raider fans, and Broncos fans like to trade barbs with.

According to the LA Times, he is alleged to have slapped a ***** who was with him. She later recanted the allegation.
