Taking into account of his two year "slump" in hitting, J. Mart is already overpaid at $5 million. There's no way he deserves a raise over that in his second year of arbitration, even though he likely will command it per custom. If he isn't traded during the season, I bet he will be traded in the offseason or worse comes to worst, non-tendered, even though Carlos Santana isn't walking through that door to replace him. So does that leave us with Dioner Navarro after the Rays non-tender him? That would be ironic since Dioner has sucked just as much over the last two years.
