Padres fans have to root for an LA 2-1 series win. That way, both Arizona and LA are tied in the standings. Of course, we want a sweep badly or a 2-1 win at least.

WOW, did you see that catch by Repko in the 6th? This kid is an excellent defensive player. Depo had better hold on to this guy.

What a play by Repko! He crashed the scoreboard on the wall, too. The team has great defense in the outfield. Nice for Brad to tip his cap to Repko. I didn't realize a pitcher tips his cap after a great play by his outfielder until Steak brought it up.

Dodgers win 7-0. Brad looked like an ace on the mound as he pitched 8 shutout innings. Brad finally got some big run support from the offense.

    D-backstabbers win 7-5.

Lowe pitched only 3 innings and served up 4 homers to Tracy, Cruz, Cintron, and Green. Elmer and Wunsch gave up two more runs. LA wasted two homers by Drew.

Witlon can take Bruney's save and shove it into his own arss.

Did you see the play Gonzo did to rob Jason Phillips of a homerun that would have tied the game? Awesome catch Gonzo

Yeah, glad you brought it up. That was awesome. I just knew some non-fan was gonna ruin that play (think Cubs). Luckly, some chick wasn't paying attention and she flinched when he came over the wall. Gonzo is a great defender. Did you catch Bono's .....er....I mean Phillips reaction? That was classic. Guess what? It didn't make Web Gems. No surprise huh, coming from a West coast team......bastages.....
