Dodgers win 4-2 and the series. w00t!

Jeff Weaver pitched 7.1 innings and gave up only one run. The offense finally gave him some run support.

Antonio Perez hit the tie-breaking three-run homer in the fifth.

Weaver rocks when he's on. Just isn't on enough.

The offense doesn't give him run support when he pitches well.

I hate that sooo much. Juan Cruz was like that with the Cubs a few years ago. Some guys get all the runs! Sometimes it even goes like what you are saying where when he pitches bad he gets a ton of runs, but if he pitches good he doesn't get any. Sucks even worse.
