Cubs Cubs @ Dodgers, Dodgers to Honor Dusty Baker

Game 1: Maddux (2-0, 1.46 ERA) vs. Tomko (1-0, ERA: who cares)
    Game 2: Zambrano vs. Lowe
    Game 3: Marshall vs. Penny

The Dodgers will honor Cubs manager Dusty Baker before the game. Baker played with Los Angeles from 1976-83, helping the team win a World Series in 1981.
If we had Dusty as the manager, at least he'd ruined Darren Dreifort's arm before he got his $55 million. And it was only two seasons ago that fantasy baseball geeks, er, I mean, self-professed baseball statistical analysts were saying people can stick a fork in Maddux's pro career.

Game 1: Cubs 4-1. Maddux's still got it.

Game 2: Dodgers 2-1. Lofton scored the winning run. I could be wrong about him after all.

Game 3: Cubs 5-4. Hey, the pitching matchup was Penny-Marshall (ha ha). Mariners scout David Lander aka Squiggy was at the game. Baez gave up the tying and go-ahead runs in the 8th. If Squiggy wants Baez, he can have him. Take Laverne too, please.
